The Gruffalo: Card Games

Play 4 fun card Games with the Gruffalo!


For 2-4 players aged 3 years and above, you can play Game of Snap, Happy Families, Game of Swap or Animal Pairs. Each game is fun and easy to play.

How to play

• Game of Snap: each player turns over a card. The first person to spot a matching pair and shouts “SNAP” wins the game.


• Happy Families: Collect four sets of cards before the other players, but beware - you could be collecting the same quartet!


• Game of Swap: Collect matching pairs to win, but whoever is left with “The Gruffalo” loses!


• Animal Pairs: Turn up two cards at a time, but remember where they are to be the first to match most pairs of cards.
