Collect ships and captains to build your fleets. Build up your stash of treasure to bribe your foes. Play actions cards to deceive, loot and steal. Use your fleets to plunder you enemies. Complete 3 full fleets to win the game.

Build Yer Fleets!
Each player works to amass three full fleets of ships. To do this, players must draw and play cards, adding ships to their armada while defending against other pirates' schemes. Successfully completing and protecting these fleets from the treacherous actions of opponents is key to becoming the most notorious pirate on the high seas. Plan your moves wisely, and let the quest for maritime supremacy begin!
