By submitting or dropping off a playmat for our stitching service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Risk of Wrinkling and Vibrance Loss
While we take every care during the stitching process, there is a small chance of wrinkling occurring. This is typically temporary and should drop out over time with regular use.
As part of the service, your playmat will be run through a heat press, which may result in minor vibrance loss. This is a known and accepted risk of the process.
Material Suitability
We do not recommend stitching playmats that are less than 2mm thick, as thinner materials may not hold stitching well and could be more prone to damage.
Customer Property and Liability
All playmats submitted for stitching remain the property of the customer.
We accept no liability for loss, damage, or deterioration of the playmat while it is in our possession, whether during handling, processing, or storage.
Customers are advised to ensure their own insurance coverage for high-value or irreplaceable items.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our service, you confirm that you understand and accept the above risks and limitations.
